The Le Petit Residence is located in the calm neighbourhood of Appia Nuova near San Giovanni and not far from the historic centre. Close by there is the underground stop Furio Camillo (line A). It is the ideal starting point for the discovery of the capital in all of its diversity and splendour. The Residence was founded in 2001 and offers a peaceful stay in Rome, no matter if it is a business trip or a holiday. Le Petit is made up of three elegantly decorated mini-apartments, each with a comfortable living room, bedroom, kitchenette and a bathroom. The design and furniture are very special: wooden parquet wood floors, luxurious curtains, antique stucco and notable paintings.
