Ca' del Sol is on the first floor of an elegant building in noble stile, situated in a sunny courtyard just a few steps from the Rialto bridge, from the picturesque fish market and from the thirteenth-century Basilica of Frari. This ancient building is enriched with elegant “trifora” windows (tripartite gothic stone windows) which illuminate the spacious living room of about 30 sq. furnished with two sofas (one is a double sofa bed) and the large fully equipped kitchen. The ample kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, 6 gas hobs, electrical oven, microwave oven, a large fridge, washing machine and a long crystal table where 10 persons can eat. A corridor leads to the three double bedrooms (of which two can be transformed into twins), two of them with private TV, with a lovely view of the courtyard “Campiello del Sol” and furnished in antique style. The furnishing includes large wooden cupboards, bedside tables, Venetian upholstery and headboards that match the cupboards. In one of the bed rooms there is a safe for the valuables. There are two bathrooms – one with shower box and the other one with a neo-classical bathtub.
