Very nice apartment located in the zone of Dorsoduro, near Ca' Rezzonico Palace, at only 5 minute from Accademia's bridge, and at 10 minutes from Frari's Basilica. The apartment is situated in a typical Venetian palace, facing on the Grand Canal in front of Grassi palace. From the entrance door you can immediately enter the very bright living room, in which three windows allow a wonderful view on the garden; the furniture is classic and it is embellish with some antiques furniture. From the living room on your left you can enter the double/matrimonial room, it is very elegant: it has a wood "soppalco", and two windows with view on the garden; there are others two double bedrooms with singles beds (but you can join them) both with wood furniture. The kitchen is endowed with all the electrical-appliances and there are two bathrooms. The zone is very quiet, far away from the noise of the people passing-by. You can enter the palace also from a private pier in the canal.
