B&B held by a young architect and his brother in a beautiful villa surrounded by a big park protected by tall pine-trees and sunk in the green and quiet EUR quarter, at walking distance from the underground station. The villa, built in the '70s , reflects the simplicity of modern style. The original plan has two distinct and autonomous areas: daytime and sleeping areas.The breakfast room and kitchen are located on the first floor, the bedrooms and bathrooms on the third floor. Each room is equipped with parquet flloor, private bathroom, air conditioning and TV.
